Dr. Randolph Scott, MD,  Owner of Carolina Elite Women's Care

Dr. Randolph Scott graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in anthropology and a concentration in human biology. He began to pursue medicine as a career after being granted an international neuroscience research fellowship in Leuven, Belgium. After completing pre-med requirements at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he attended East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at West Penn Allegheny Health in Pittsburgh.

Dr. Scott returned with his family to the Triangle area and started his own medical practice, Carolina Elite Women’s Care. Dr. Scott believes that every birth experience is special. Women have a finite time in their lives to experience pregnancy, and he strives to make that experience as magical as possible for them. 

He lives in Raleigh with his wife and three rambunctious sons. In his free time, Dr. Scott enjoys starting (and winning) pillow fights, watching his sons play soccer, and serving as the guinea pig for his wife’s culinary concoctions.
